The focus of my career has been business operations and leadership in the post-acute healthcare and senior living industries. I have experience working with non-profit, privately-owned, and publicly-traded companies, as both an executive leader and as a coach and consultant.

For nearly a decade, I’ve led multifunctional teams ranging in size from 3 to 200 people. I have a deep understanding of the ever-changing demands of jobs that have you juggling a seemingly impossible amount of responsibilities.

I've navigated the waters as a first-time manager, then female executive. I've experienced burnout,  pivoted my career, and started my own business. And I've successfully run my business while embracing the joys and challenges of motherhood.

My experience has taught me countless valuable lessons about how to be an impactful leader by earning the trust and respect of your team, and what to do to have the greatest influence on your success and overall happiness.

My life experiences help to inform and ground me as a professional, but they are not what makes me a great coach - My ability to connect with my clients as unique individuals, to empathize with their circumstances, to challenge them to reach their full potential, and hold them accountable to the goals they create for themselves - That is what makes me a great coach.

Since becoming a coach I have found my life's calling and greatest passion! Showing others how to develop their talents and strengths, increase their self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and effectively communicate in meaningful ways fuels my soul.
