By the age of 25, I was responsible for the overall strategic operations of a 50-million dollar, state-of-the-art healthcare facility. I was leading a team of nearly 150 employees, and earning a salary I'd only dreamed of - This is where my journey into leadership coaching began. Now, I help others dive deep into their own professional development to become the best leaders they can be.
